Return and refund

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Restocking Fee: A 50% restocking fee applies to the total value of the order for regular stock items.
  • Special Orders: Non-returnable (NR) and non-cancellable (NC).
  • Discretion: Return eligibility is based on product condition and compliance with the above criteria, subject to Solve Tech’s discretion.

 

2. Acceptance of Goods

  • Buyers are considered to have accepted goods in satisfactory condition. Claims for damages or shortages will not be accepted after 3 working days of receipt.
  • Note: Accepting a pickup does not equal acceptance of a return; eligibility is based on product condition and compliance with return criteria.

 

3. Return Process

  • Information Required: Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Instructions: We will issue a return authorization and provide shipping instructions.

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Responsibility: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged or defective items.
  • Shipping Instructions: Solve Tech will provide shipping instructions for arranging pickup.
  • Return Label: If a return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

 

5. Refund Process

    • Returned items will be inspected. If the inspection is approved, you will be notified of your refund status.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
  • Solve Tech reserves the right to reject return or refund requests.

 

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If items are damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 working days of receipt for refunds or replacements.
  • Claims made after this period will be considered accepted goods in satisfactory condition.

 

8. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Product and Availability Information

Solve Tech reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue any product or to make design changes as part of its continuous program of product improvement, or to assist product availability. Such changes may take place during the life of any Solve Tech catalogue. The most up-to-date information on the availability and design of the products supplied by Solve Tech is available on the Solve Tech website.

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, nothing on the Solve Tech website or in any Solve Tech catalogue is to be taken as a representation of the source of origin, manufacture, or production of the products or any part of them.

Terms of Payment

 

Payment Methods:

  • Cash Payments: If Solve Tech has not granted credit to the Customer, payment terms are cash with order.
  • Credit Terms: Credit purchases are subject to the following terms.

 

Pricing:

  • The price of the Goods shall be the price stated on the Website at the time the Buyer submits its Order to Solve Tech. The price excludes the cost of packaging, delivery charges, insurance, and any applicable goods and services tax, value added tax, sales and service tax, or similar tax, which the Buyer shall be liable to pay to Solve Tech in addition to the price of the Goods.

 

Credit Application and Approval:

  • The Customer should complete the credit application form that is enclosed in the Catalogue or available on request. This form must be submitted for consideration before any credit terms can be granted.
  • Commercial credit accounts are only available to bodies corporate and not to individuals. Non-bodies corporate may purchase goods by cash, bank draft, bank transfer, Visa, or MasterCard credit cards on the Company’s website or by telephone.
  • New customers are not entitled to a credit application.
  • Any credit limit granted to other customers shall at all times be discretionary and may be reduced, suspended, or withdrawn at the discretion of the Company at any time without prior notice.
  • When credit terms have been approved, payment is due no later than 30 days from the Company’s invoice, without any deduction, set-off, or withholding whatsoever. Time for payment shall be of the essence.

 

Late Payment:

  • If the Customer fails to make payment by the due date, then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy, Solve Tech shall be entitled to:
      • Cancel the order or suspend any further deliveries or performance.
      • Appropriate any payment made by the Customer to such of the Supplies (or the Supplies made under any other contract) as the Company may think fit.
      • impose late payment charges at the rate of one point five (1.5%) per centum per month on the outstanding amount from the date due for payment until the outstanding amount is fully settled and the Buyer shall pay to Solve Tech such late payment charges
      • Stop accepting orders and/or suspend shipments until payments are made in full.

 

Legal Costs:

  • If legal action is taken to recover monies due to the Company, the Customer shall reimburse the Company for all legal and other costs and expenses incurred in such recovery.

 

Bank Charges:

  • Please note that the Company will not be responsible for or bear any bank charges or commissions on transactions. All such charges or commissions are for the Customer’s account.

 

Credit Limit:

  • Each customer will be assigned a credit limit based on their creditworthiness, which will be reviewed periodically, but new customers are not entitled to a credit limit.

 

Terms Review:

  • Payment terms are subject to review and may be adjusted based on the payment history of the customer.
